Vercel's terms stack the deck against you

Vercel is a platform for deploying and hosting web applications. We read their terms. Grade D comes with real friction.

🔴 You can't sue Vercel. You arbitrate. The terms require binding arbitration instead of court, which means disputes go to a private arbitrator, not a judge or jury.

🔴 You can't join a class action. Even if thousands of users face the same problem, you can't band together. You arbitrate alone.

🔴 Your content trains AI models by default on the Hobby plan. If you're on the free tier, Vercel uses your code to improve their AI tools unless you opt out.

🟡 Vercel can access, remove, or disable your content anytime. They have broad rights to moderate, modify, or take down anything you upload without prior notice.

🟢 Pro plan users can opt out of AI training. If you pay for the Pro tier, you can disable model training on your content.

The arbitration and class-action walls are standard but still walls. The AI training on free accounts is the real surprise — check your plan, then check your settings.
