Squarespace's Terms Are Hard to Find

We tried to read Squarespace's full terms of service. We got a navigation menu instead. Here's what that means for you.

Squarespace is a website builder and hosting platform that lets you create and manage online storefronts, blogs, and portfolios.

🔴 The actual terms document isn't there. We saw navigation options but no actual clauses. You can't review what you're agreeing to.

🔴 Nothing on data privacy, user rights, or what Squarespace isn't responsible for. Those are the stakes. They're missing from what we could access.

🔴 No payment, cancellation, or refund details visible. You don't know how billing works, how to cancel, or if you get money back. That's a problem before you sign up.

🟢 24/7 support exists. At least there's someone to call when things break.

🟡 The document we reviewed was incomplete. We can't give you a full picture because Squarespace didn't show us one.

Grade C means real gaps. Before you commit, ask Squarespace directly for their full terms in writing. Don't rely on what's currently visible.
