SAP's terms hand the company a permanent grip on anything you submit. Changes roll out instantly. Here's what that means.

SAP is enterprise software. They process data, host systems, run business-critical infrastructure.

🔴 SAP gets permanent rights to your content worldwide. Once you submit anything—feedback, data, files—SAP claims an irrevocable license that never expires and applies everywhere. They keep this right even if you delete your account.

🔴 SAP rewrites the rules whenever they want. New terms post automatically the moment they publish them. You don't negotiate. You don't opt in. You just get the new version.

🔴 SAP can sell your content commercially without paying you. That perpetual license includes commercial use. Your submissions become their assets to monetize.

🟡 You can't copy, modify, or distribute SAP's materials. The platform is non-commercial use only. This is a hard boundary, not a gray area.

🟢 SAP doesn't claim to own the content itself. This is the one restraint. They license what you give them, but don't assert ownership of the underlying submission.

Grade C means real problems. The perpetual rights grant and unilateral amendment power are the teeth here.
