Paramount+ has a D-grade terms of service. That means significant gaps between what you think you're getting and what the company actually promises. Here's what the contract actually says.

Paramount+ streams movies, TV shows, and live sports. The terms governing your access are tilted heavily in their favor.

🔴 You can't sue them. Binding arbitration and a class action waiver mean disputes go to private arbitration, not court. You can't join a lawsuit with other users, even if thousands face the same problem.

🔴 Geographic locks are absolute. If you travel outside your Territory, Paramount automatically denies service. No warning. No grace period. Just termination.

🔴 They rewrite the rules whenever they want. Paramount can change these Terms at any time. Continued use counts as your acceptance. You don't opt in. You just keep watching and agree by default.

🟡 Your account. Your liability. Paramount assumes anyone accessing your account is you. If someone else logs in and charges something, you're responsible. The company won't investigate.

🟡 Ad-free doesn't mean ad-free. Live content still contains ads even on ad-free plans. Use an ad blocker and Paramount can suspend or terminate your account.

A D grade means the terms favor the company significantly. Read before you subscribe.
