Intel makes semiconductors and provides developer resources, software tools, and online services.

🔴 Intel can rewrite the rules anytime, no notice required. Terms change take effect the moment they post. You won't know until you're suddenly operating under new rules.

🔴 Your account can be disabled instantly, for any reason, without explanation. Intel has sole discretion. No appeal. No warning.

🔴 You're liable for unauthorized account access. Intel isn't liable to you. You shoulder the financial risk if someone hacks in or gains access through your action or negligence.

🟡 Sub-site terms can override the main terms. When Intel's satellite pages have their own supplementary terms, those trump the parent document. You have to cross-check every property.

🟢 Intel follows its privacy notice and requires active opt-in for marketing. No automatic enrollment in mailing lists. This is how it should work.

Grade: D. The unilateral control, instant suspension, and zero liability for Intel create serious imbalance.
