🔴 You can't sue Hulu collectively. The agreement forces individual arbitration and kills class actions. That means if something breaks for thousands of users, you can't band together legally. You're on your own.

🔴 Hulu can rewrite the deal whenever it wants. They give you 30 days notice, and if you keep using it, you've accepted the new terms. No affirmative action required on your part. They change it, you live with it or leave.

🔴 Your subscription auto-renews and billing comes at unpredictable times. If you don't manually cancel, it keeps charging. The timing isn't fixed, so you might get hit unexpectedly.

🟡 Account sharing spreads the agreement to everyone using your login. Anyone accessing your account is bound by Hulu's terms and consents, whether they read them or not.

🟢 Cancellation is straightforward and you can pause. The company actually tells you how to stop the charges, and you can freeze your account temporarily without cancelling outright.
