🔴 Data collection and retention: total blank. We can't verify what data Datadog collects, how long they keep it, or what they do with it. The content needed to answer those questions isn't present.

🔴 No liability or warranty language found. Standard legal protections—limits on what the company is responsible for, disclaimers about service guarantees—are either missing or not included in what was available to review.

🟡 Monitoring products without clear consent boundaries. Datadog lists multiple security and observability tools but the scope of what each one monitors and what consent applies to each isn't clearly defined upfront.

🟢 Security and compliance features are documented. The company does mention access control, governance tools, and compliance capabilities as part of the platform.
